This week Mommy and Daddy got to go to the beach....by themselves......for the first time in 6 years. It was super fun-but by the second day-we were missin our babies. We went to Panama City Beach-and it was great. We had really nice weather, and it was nice to be able to relax and get some solid sleep. We did however overestimate the power of spf 4, and both got a little krispy on the first day-whoops! But hopefully that will fade to tan. We had a great time with each other-but were very happy to be back in the chaos:)

Oooh I am so jealous! Shaun does not like the beach, so we've never been there together. I would love it- and what an awesome break from the kiddos! Absence really does make the heart grow fonder. :)
Hey, I haven't forgotten about getting together, btw- let me know when is good for you! Usually I am busy on Tuesdays and Fridays, but other than that, our weeks are pretty open!
love the new background. i'm still musing over what to do about mine. i put the ones that i liked on but wasn't loving them. i want something with circles, dots. oh well. i'll find the right thing eventually. :)
Yay for you-- Getting to go to the beach. We are going in 2 weeks..and staying for a week to celebrate Matt's graduation. Yay!!!
I meant to leave you a note sooner regarding the note you left on my blog - no, I don't normally look that "cute" at at stay-at-home day at lunchtime...this was before we went to work/school in the morning and I was making Oliver's lunch to pack in his lunchbox. Thanks for the sweet comments :) And ps, your beach pictures look awesome! I'm jealous of your tan :)
